We just loaded a new house with 16 Hunter Douglas shades called Applause Top Down Bottom Up. They are wonderful window treatments that I could go on and on about, but that’s not the real reason to write this review. This review is about the shop – FREDERICKSBURG WINDOW DECOR – and the wonderful service. Deciding on window decor is often really difficult as each option is so fundamental to the feel of the house. FWD came to the house for a consultation and quick window count and estimate. A few weeks later (!) upon our final decision, they came again for color selection and final measurements. They were also great about finalizing the best option for us, and so polite and service-oriented about the transaction. Delivery was a little early and installation perfect. For low drama window treatment decision making support, I highly recommend FREDERICKSBURG WINDOW DECOR.
