Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exceptional service, expertise, and beautiful results!

Our experience with Fredericksburg Window & Decor was truly outstanding. We recently had beautiful new honeycomb shades installed, and they have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. The shades are elegant, sophisticated, and beautifully tailored to our windows. They provide the perfect combination of style, privacy, light control, and energy efficiency while giving the room a much more polished, upscale appearance.

Jeffrey was exceptional from beginning to end. His knowledge of window treatments is impressive, and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted rather than simply trying to sell us a product. He offered thoughtful recommendations, explained the differences between our options, and made the entire process feel effortless. His attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting everything just right really stood out.

The installation was flawless, and the finished product looks absolutely beautiful. It has that high-end, custom-designed look we were hoping for.

We are extremely impressed with Fredericksburg Window & Decor and especially grateful for Jeffrey’s professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality window treatments and a truly exceptional experience, we highly recommend them. Five stars without hesitation!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A big thank you to Jeffrey for his help in fixing several of our large rollershades in our sunroom. The original manufacturer had gone out of business a number of years ago and several of the shades had experienced parts failure.

Jeffery assessed the situation, determined what was needed, and searched for suitable replacement parts. He then installed the new parts and adjusted the shades to function like new.

Several other window treatment companies told us the shades could not be fixed...that they could instead sell us new shades.

We're so glad we contacted Fredericksburg Window Decor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had some solar shades installed in our living room. Peter from Fredricksburg Window Decor was outstanding in all phases during our initial appointment. From showing us product samples, taking the time to explain the pros/cons of each product, to the ordering and installation, all of it was fantastic! (Jeffrey was especially amazing and is a great installer!). Highly recommend this local company for any window treatments you may need.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Peter and Jeffrey from Fredericksburg Window Decor for all of your window treatment needs. From the very first contact, communication was exceptional from them both. Peter was informative on the various options to choose from. He was also patient and willing to come back to my home when I decided I wanted to look at the options again. The one thing I appreciated the most was I never felt pressured to buy from them. Jeffrey was meticulous with the installation and ensured everything looked perfect. They communicated through the entire process and I feel confident if the need should arise I will always have exceptional service from both Peter and Jeffrey.
